1. A donation contract concluded on July 3, 2014 with respect to 10/75 shares of the real estate listed in the separate sheet between the Defendant and B.

1. Basic facts

A. B entered into a credit card subscription agreement with the Korea Standards Bank (formerly: Japan Bank) on September 2, 2002, and used a credit card issued after concluding a credit card subscription agreement, thereby bearing the credit card payment liability against the Korea Standards Bank.

B. On August 16, 2005, the Korea Standards Bank transferred credit card payment claims against B to Meson-C&A Loan Co., Ltd. (formerly changed trade name: Dongyang Social Loan Co., Ltd., Ltd., and notified B of the above transfer around that time.

C. Mson C&A loan corporation filed a lawsuit against B against the Busan District Court 2006Gaso288362, and on October 17, 2006, the above court rendered a judgment that "the Defendant (B) shall pay to the Plaintiff (C&A loan corporation) 1,452,700 won and 20% interest per annum from September 29, 2006 to the date of full payment of 90,507 won." The above judgment became final and conclusive on November 17, 2006.

on November 1, 2010, Mson C&A Loan Co., Ltd. (formerly changed: E.S.) re-transfered the above obligation to the Plaintiff and notified the above transfer to B around December 20, 2010.

E. B completed the registration of ownership transfer on July 16, 1998 with respect to 10/75 shares in the real estate listed in the separate sheet from the net C on November 20, 2013.

F. On July 3, 2014, B entered into a contract with the Defendant to donate 10/75 shares of each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Defendant (hereinafter “instant donation contract”) and completed the registration of transfer of ownership with the Defendant on August 21, 2014.

G. On September 23, 2014, the Defendant entered into a sales contract for selling real estate listed in the separate sheet to D at least 67 million won, and on October 2014.
