The defendant is a person who drives a cargo vehicle B ton.

On December 3, 2014, at around 23:45, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km from the roads front of Samsung Logistics Center, which are located in the Seogu Seo-gu New Town-dong, under the influence of alcohol by blood alcohol concentration of 0.084% with the foregoing vehicle.
