A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

[Criminal Power] On October 21, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on October 21, 2009, and a fine of KRW 2.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on August 9, 2013.

On October 18, 2014, at around 21:09, the Defendant driven a wing and freight vehicle B with a blood alcohol content of about 0.131% under the influence of alcohol 0.131% at around 5km from the front day of the New Jindo-ri to the front day of the police box for shows of the same face.
