Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,00 and by a fine of KRW 1,00,000, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants were members of the Ulsan-gu E Association (hereinafter referred to as the “EM”) in the meeting of the representatives of the above association, who form and act in the organization of the EM committee (hereinafter referred to as the “EM committee”) to deal with the selection of urban planning projects and replotting plans, which are the projects of the association, in a transparent manner, at the meeting of the representatives of the above association, and were willing to enter the meeting place within the meeting place, so that the meeting of representatives held once every two months is not open to the public.

1. Defendant A

A. 나. 2015. 4. 3. 상해, 재물손괴 피고인은 2015. 4. 3. 10:30경 위 가항 기재 마을회관 앞 마당에서, 피고인이 당시 위 마을회관 2층에서 열리고 있던 대의원 회의에 들어가지 못하도록 제지하는 과정에서 피해자 I(남, 45세)가 그 소유의 캠코더를 들고 피고인을 촬영하고 있는 것을 발견하자, 이를 저지하기 위하여 피해자가 캠코더의 줄을 잡고 있는 상태에서 캠코더를 잡아당겨 캠코더의 뷰파인더(액정모니터)가 깨지고 꺽이게 하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant's loss part that requires the victim's treatment for about 2 weeks is not known.
