Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a city bus for mobile transportation.

On May 31, 2016, the Defendant driven the above bus at around 10:46, and proceeded ahead of the Gyeongnam apartment road at the 310 (Training dong), which was the cause of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to the Schill of the Scongnam apartment at the Schill of the front of the apartment, and became the passengers getting on, getting off, and departing from the front bus stops of the apartment.

Although the defendant was on board the bus in front of the victim D (n, 56 years old) at the bus stop, the defendant was negligent in starting the bus in front of the bus while opening the bus, and caused the victim to be removed from the entrance to the roadway.
