In light of the circumstances that are favorable to the defendant, such as the fact that the defendant made a confession of all the crimes of this case, and that the defendant seems to have been aiding and abetting the arrest of the superior line, etc., the sentencing of the court below is too unreasonable, considering the motive and circumstance of the crime of this case, circumstances after the crime of this case, circumstances after the crime of this case, defendant's age, personality and conduct, environment, etc., and various circumstances that are favorable to the defendant, such as the fact that the defendant had been subject to criminal punishment on seven occasions in total, including the five times punishment for the same kind of crime, the amount of narcotics purchased by the defendant is reasonable and the frequency of administration is large, and the court below appears to have determined the punishment by considering the factors favorable to the defendant in light of the sentencing of the same similar case.
