Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an employee working in the “D” telecom in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and the victim E (nive, 49 years of age) is an employee in charge of cleaning who newly works in the above telecom from May 16, 2014.

On May 26, 2014, at around 08:44, the Defendant: (a) saw the victim’s desire to look at a coffee; (b) told the victim to rape after eating a stroke, which is an exemption from water taken by the Defendant, to the victim; and (c) led the victim to wait for the victim out of the kitchen.

For the preceding two years, the Defendant laid on the above main water purifier and laid 1.10m. m. m. m. s. 1 to m. m. 10m. m. m. s. 1 to m. m. to m. to m. s. to s.

At around 09:40 on the same day, the Defendant was waiting for the time when the victim was diving, and discovered that the victim was her part of the beds for employees inside the above kitchen, exceeded the clothes of the victim who was unable to resist due to the taking of water exemption, cut off the clothes of the victim who was unable to resist, and knee the Defendant’s will and clothes, and then inserted the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sound, thereby having sexual intercourse once with the victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant raped the victim.
