Punishment of the crime

1. On August 18, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 02:55, the Defendant: (b) in front of the Defendant’s residence “C Building” in Jeju-si; (c) was on board a victim D (5 years of age) E-si in driving and arrived at the taxi; and (d) was in calculating taxi expenses, the Defendant would make it impossible for the Defendant to pay the card and pay the taxi expenses; (b) the Defendant entered the C building 102, which is a residential area, to put the knife (19cc in length on a day, 19cc in knife, knife in knife, knife in knife, knife in knife, knife in knife, knife in knif; and (d) the Defendant threatened the victim by posing approximately 100 meters away from the knife, thereby threatening the victim.
