A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Changwon District Court on March 24, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Tong Young detention center.

The Defendant, “2018 Highest 878,” using a picture that requires money such as living expenses, had forged details of payment and withdrawal transactions under the name of the KB National Bank and employment certificate files in the name of C, with the intent to use money from another person.

1. The Defendant forged private documents: (a) around October 19, 2017; (b) around March 19, 2017; (c) around October 16, 2017; (d) the Defendant revised the date of the transaction to October 16, 2017; (d) the column for the inquiry period of file of the details of the entry and departure transactions in the name of the forged KB National Bank; (c) “from October 11, 2017 to October 19, 2017; and (d) the column for the transmission date to “from October 16, 2017 to October 16, 2017 to the date of the transaction; and (d) the column for the entry date of the company’s certificate to the date of issuance of the company’s employment to the name of the EB National Bank; and (e) the column for the entry date of the CB certificate to the name of the EB 16th 17th 2016.”

As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, committed each of the following acts: (a) a detailed statement of the transactions of deposits and withdrawals in the name of KB National Bank, and a letter of employment certificate in the name of C.

2. The Defendant, at around October 2017, sent the aforementioned investigation document to F, who was aware of the forgery at the Defendant’s house, Kimhae-si, Da apartment, 3 Dong 1003, a detailed statement of the transaction of forged admission and withdrawal, and a copy of a certificate of employment in the name of C, as described in the preceding paragraph, by mobile facsimile, as if it were a document duly formed.
