1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months;
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant;
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim B from October 28, 2015 to around 12:20 on the same day, at the multi-household housing of the victim B of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 1st floor, the Defendant destroyed and damaged the surrounding glass for the purpose of theft of money and valuables, opened the entrance by opening the entrance, and intruded into the victim’s house, and did not commit an attempted crime, even though the Defendant did not commit a stolen article because there was no stolen article, since he did not commit it.
2. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim D, from around 10:50 on July 26, 2016 to around 11:10 on the same day, at the victim D’s house located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building E-F, the Defendant: (a) removed the entrance gate, removed the entrance gate, destroyed the key hole, and opened the entrance for the purpose of thefting money and valuables, and infringed upon the victim’s residence; (b) did not commit the crime, but did not commit an attempted act because there was no stolen objects, even though the object to be stolen was stolen.

From around 10:50 on July 26, 2016 to around 11:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) destroyed and damaged the entrance keys in the victim G with the same building H as described in paragraph (2) of the said paragraph from around 11:10 on the same day; (b) opened and opened the entrance for the purpose of thefting money and valuables by infusing it into the victim’s residence; and (c) invaded upon the victim’s residence; and (d) cut off with 14K posts equivalent to KRW 358,00 in the market price of KRW 111,00 in the inside of the inside of the inside of the inside bank bomb, one, and 14K posts equivalent to KRW 14,00 in the market price of KRW 398,00,00, including 14K traps in the market price of KRW 86,000.
4. From around 11:50 on July 26, 2016 to around 12:10 on the same day, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim I, at the victim I’s house located under the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Yangcheon-gu J building K, destroyed and damaged the entrance glass, opened the entrance, and intruded the victim’s residence into the victim’s house, and stolen the victim’s house with a volume of KRW 70,000,000 per annum on the boundary cremation.
