A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, while operating "D" in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, caused a sudden increase in the sales due to a recent increase in the rice value, decided to drink and drink alcohol among the people who were dissatisfied with society.

C. At around 01:59 on the same day, the Defendant continued to destroyed the above elementary school by attaching a banner installed on the outer wall of the above elementary school, but did not lead to an attempted crime by the fire officers dispatched, and did not achieve the purport.

At around 02:10 on the same day, the Defendant continued to have destroyed the said agricultural cooperative building by putting the paper leaflet at a single-use log, which was in possession of the entrance between the entrance, but did not go to an attempted attempt, even though it did not turn out to the wind, at around 02:10 on the same day.

2. Fire prevention of general goods;
