A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On April 4, 2020, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) around 18:56, at the “D” restaurant managed by the Victim C in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul; (b) under the influence of alcohol, with a large sound without any reason while drinking, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by avoiding disturbance, such as the victim’s interference with the operation of the restaurant business, by holding the victim under the influence of approximately 110 minutes.

At around 20:50 on July 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) served the victim’s eyebrow on the frontway in Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul; (b) served the victim’s eye (90cm in length) who was demanded from the victim G (son and 54 years of age) who was a delivery engineer to “flick on the road”; and (c) was in line with the victim’s eyebrow.

3. Around 23:00 on July 6, 2020, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) at a restaurant where the victim I (the 55-year-old age), located in M of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (the 55-year-old age), was able to take a bath for the customers at a large scale of 20 minutes, such as breathing each item (the 50cm in length) and breathing the customers, leaving the breath under the influence of alcohol, leaving the breath, leaving the breath and drinking at the breath, and leaving the breath without any reason, thereby preventing the victims from responding properly to the customers, and preventing them from entering the breath.
