A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the victim B (the family name, the female, the age of 26) and the workplace rent.

1. From April 29, 2019 to 01:30 on the following day, the Defendant: (a) from around April 29, 2019, at the main point of “D” located in Incheon Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) performed drinking together with the victim; (c) took the victim’s seat to the right side of the victim; (d) raped the victim’s hump with his/her own arms, booming the victim’s hump with his/her hand into the victim’s left arms; (c) dumped the victim’s hump; and (d) dumped the victim’s kum with his

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

2. On April 30, 2019, at around 01:34, the Defendant: (a) provided that the victim under the influence of alcohol after drinking alcohol with the victim, she sees the victim’s house in Seo-gu Incheon, and she walked with the victim’s house in Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) brought the victim into the victim’s house in the victim’s house, and (c) she saw the victim as “to cover” at the victim’s house; and (d) she saw the victim as her hand, she met the victim’s breast part of the victim’s clothes in his/her hand; and (e) her fingers and her breasts by putting his/her hand into the victim’s inner part, and her sons and her part of the Defendant’s sexual flag.
