1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendant Company’s Future Price is KRW 3,000,000,000 and its amount are from July 7, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is the council of occupants' representatives, composed of the occupants, to manage the 11-dong 724 households of the Ulsan Village Complex, the 73rd Kemang apartment (hereinafter referred to as the "the apartment of this case") in the middle village in the future 345 in the Pakistan-si.

The Sambu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Mabu case”) and the Defendant Future Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Future”) are the project undertakers who jointly constructed and sold the apartment of this case, and the Sambu case is the company that constructed the apartment of this case.

B. The Defendant Construction Mutual Aid Association entered into a warranty contract under which the Defendant Construction Mutual Aid Association bears the responsibility for the guarantee (hereinafter “each guarantee contract of this case”) with respect to the apartment of this case between Sambu case and Sambu case. On May 26, 2010, the Defendant Construction Mutual Aid Association issued each of the warranty warranty contracts as stated below [Attachment 1] to the Pakistan City Mayor, which is the authority for the inspection of the execution of the instant apartment.

C. Sambu case, Defendant Future had undergone a pre-use inspection on the apartment of the instant apartment on June 15, 2010, and each guarantee creditor under the instant guarantee agreement.
