A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

As a result, the defendant interfered with the selection of the buyer of the redevelopment apartment in the victim's association by fraudulent means, and supplied the housing constructed and supplied under the Housing Act by illegal means.
