Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant’s wife and the victim B (24 years old) who her husbanded with the Defendant’s father, attempted to take her marriage with his/her his/her husband and wife several times, the Defendant expressed his/her intention to insult the victim or damage his/her reputation by threatening the victim to threaten him/her by using the horses that the victim would have taken away her contact with the Defendant, and filing a civil petition with the military unit in service as his/her soldier.

1. Intimidation;

A. On June 18, 2016, the Defendant sent a voice message to the Defendant’s home located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, about 19:52 on June 18, 2016, stating that “In the event of this message, the Defendant would call the victim’s cell phone to 1303 (Defense Health Call) that would have to contact if the message was sent, and that the message would have to be off the clothes in military life, and that the message would have to be off the clothes.”

B. On July 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) accessed Kakakao Stockholm from his/her cell phone at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (a) on July 2, 2016; and (b) called “B, if D reports on 1303, he/she shall both have the wind of the victim’s Kakao Stockholm to the Kakao Stockholm Stockholm Stockholm Stockholm account; (c) the pest parent, the pestest parent (a person at the Busan Navy headquarters); and (d) the E, and the pacter themselves;

B. The message sent to “I have sufficient data to report to 1303,” thereby threatening the victim.

2. On July 14, 2016, the Defendant posted the Defendant’s cell phone-based access to the Defendant’s cell phone phone to the Kakakakao Stockholm, stating that “The Defendant was 1, etc. where he concealed the Defendant’s disease and escaped,” thereby openly insulting the victim.

3. Around July 18, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion of the Use of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, Etc. (Defamation) with intent to defame the victim by accessing the Defendant’s cell phone to the Kakakakao Stockholm at the same place as the above 1.A.
