The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the facts charged in the instant case consists of two acts that interfere with the execution of public duties and damage one of the items for public use, and the indictment or the judgment of the court below uses the method of stating the act of obstructing the performance of public duties of the same kind for Paragraph 1-A. B. and the act of destroying the items for public use by dividing it into Paragraph 2.
However, since this is different from the progress of the case due to the passage of time and there is an inconvenience to understand, the above facts charged are changed again in the order of time and entered as follows.
First, it is a case that is punished between police officers F, G and the defendant who were dispatched to the site by I's 112 report (for the purpose of having police officers take patrols with patrols, the police officer requested the defendant to report).
A. Section 1-A of the facts charged of this case is based on the following acts that interfere with the performance of official duties.
