Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 2015, the Defendant: (a) granted C 1.5 million won at the construction site of educational and research facilities located in Bosung-gun B; and (b) received documents necessary for filing a construction commencement report, such as a construction business registration certificate in the name of the development implementer; and (c) filed a construction commencement report in the name of the development implementer on December 31, 2015; and (d) constructed construction of educational and research facilities with a total floor area of 2,265 square meters at the construction site.
