A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim C(the age of 42) are currently pending a divorce lawsuit between the legal couple and the other spouse.

1. On July 13, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime on or around July 13, 2015: (a) the victim’s face due to drinking, while he/she was in a dispute with the victim as referred to in Article 2601 of the Cheong-gu G apartment B, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju-si around July 13, 2015; and (b) the victim’s shoulder and continued to do so.
