A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the origin.

Nevertheless, from August 201 to November 1, 2011, the Defendant sold 12,232,025 km 1,025 km in Korea among the 100 per cent of the market price, the origin of which was falsely indicated as “30 per cent of domestic 70 per cent of the 70 per cent of the Republic of Korea” at “Dive seeds operated by the Defendant,” which was operated by the Defendant in Daejeon Pungdong-gu, Daejeon, to E restaurants, F restaurants, G restaurants, I restaurants, and J restaurants.
