1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On April 1, 1998, the Plaintiffs (F with fishing vessel number F; hereinafter referred to as “previous fishing vessel”) operated inshore fishery business. On August 3, 2009, the Plaintiffs obtained a permit for inshore fishery business from the Defendant (the permitted number, Young-gun, Young-gun, the permitted number, the permitted period of the fishery business G from August 3, 2009 to August 2, 2014).
B. Since then, the Plaintiffs replaced the previous fishing vessel with a new fishing vessel (fishing vessel No. H, hereinafter “instant fishing vessel”). On July 11, 201, the Plaintiffs registered the ownership preservation on the Plaintiff’s 5/10 shares, Plaintiff B, and C’s shares, 2/10 shares, and 1/10 shares in the instant fishing vessel, respectively, and the Plaintiff D entered the ownership registration on the fishing vessel registry on July 21, 201.
C. On August 29, 2011, the Plaintiffs filed an application with the Defendant for permission to change the previous fishing vessel into the instant fishing vessel. On the 30th of the same month, the Plaintiffs obtained from the Defendant an application for permission to change the inshore fishery business under Article 48(1) of the Fisheries Act (hereinafter “instant permission”).
The name and origin of a fishing vessel, E fishing vessel E, a permit number of 59 gross tons, the method of operating inshore fish of the kind of inshore fishery in the East Sea Zone, Young-gun, Young-gun, a permit number of G fishing gear, the name of the fishing gear in the East Sea, the name of the fishing gear in the East Sea, the name of the fishing gear in the East Sea-gu, Ulsan-do, the Gyeonggsan-do, and the boundary of the 107 East Seaball fishing zone, and the name and address of the person subject to a permit of fishery, the name and address of the person subject to a permit of fishery, the name and address of the person subject to a permit of fishery, the name and address of the person subject to a permit of 10-1-12-31 on August 2, 2014, and the name and address of the person subject to a permit of fishery, the name and address of the person subject to a permit of 107 East-gu, the name and address of the person subject to a permit of fishery.
D. The chief of the coast guard station is the plaintiffs who are vessel owners and I who are the master.
