Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who has a relationship by marriage with the victim C (in the second degree of relationship with the victim, 22 years of age, and Vietnam nationality) with the victim in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;
