Defendant

A is the representative director of C in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H building 20, Defendant B is the director of the above company, and Defendant C is a corporation established for the purpose of overseas travel business, etc.

1. From July 27, 2013 to October 23, 2015, Defendant A placed an advertisement to encourage or induce other employees of online marketingman in the name of approximately 30 at the C’s headquarters office to purchase sex by inserting a number of advertisements containing the phrase “in the case of game in Jeju-do, to provide two or three-day accompanying services for three-day women on the basis of the amount of chip exchange” on the Chinese portal site, Blogs, etc.

2. Defendants A and B conspired to arrange commercial sex acts to the Chinese casino tourists who are gathered in the early 2013 Police Co., Ltd. and use the casino in Jeju-do, and to this end, they interfered with the commercial sex acts business establishments in Jeju-do.

Accordingly, from July 27, 2013 to October 13, 2015, the Defendants: (a) allow the casino users in Jeju-do to use the casino in Jeju-do among the customers of the said company; and (b) receive from the casino company a certain percentage of the amount of chips in exchange for them and a certain percentage of the amount that they lose in their casino; and (c) receive from the casino company a certain percentage of the amount of chips that they lose in their casino; and (d) send out the casino users who wish to engage in sexual traffic among them to K (Gu L) operated by the J in Jeju-si and NA operated by N in Jeju-si M.

In that place, women sexual intercourse with the women of sexual traffic, or send the women of sexual traffic to the hotel in which these casino visitors are accommodated through P, which is a female intermediary business operator of sexual traffic.

In order to guide sexual intercourses, 150,000 won is paid for commercial sex acts to the owners of commercial sex acts, on behalf of the casino users.
