The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is a person who uses the “C” “C” at a daily beta site.

On November 11, 2016, 2016, the Defendant: (a) written the title “E” published on the Internet daily bulletin board (F) at the domicile of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D 403, which is located in the Internet website political bulletin board; (b) “The 6777 of the Republic of Korea who participated in the Internet is flurging so as to promote friendship and friendship; and (c) flurgly, sexual friendship.

ㅎㅎㅎ 웃기다

ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ” 라는 댓 글을 게재하여 공연히 피해자 G를 모욕하였다.

2. Determination

(a) An offense subject to victim's complaint: Articles 312(1) and 311 of the Criminal Act;

B. On January 4, 2018, the prosecution of this case, submitted a written withdrawal of complaint to the effect that the injured party withdraws the complaint against the Defendant.
