Around 05:40 on May 24, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s left arms and breast part of the victim’s body while the victim was in a dispute with his intention not to calculate his food value in front of the Yeongdeungpo-gu C building in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si.
