Reasons
1. The reasons for the court's explanation concerning this case are as follows: (a) No. 1, 2, and 4 of the evidence No. 18 of the judgment of the court of first instance (“303.91m”; (b) No. 300m each “280m”; and (c) No. 303.91m each “No. 13m” under the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act shall be cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, for the reasons for the court's explanation of this case: (a) No. 3 of the judgment of the court of first instance (“3, No. 8 of the judgment of the court of first instance”; and (b) No. 303.91m each “No. 18 of the judgment of the court of first instance”; and (c) No. 5, No. 412 of the judgment of the court of first instance as stated in the reasoning for the judgment of the court of first instance.
Furthermore, the Plaintiff asserts that the Defendant’s failure to install a traffic protection fence on the instant road is a defect in the installation and preservation of the instant road. As such, it is acknowledged that the instant road is a scambru, and there are street trees and rock walls, etc. 280 meters in parallel to the right side of the road, and there is no street protection fence installed on the road.
