A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Of the facts charged in this case, the Illegal Check Control Act concerning "C" shall apply.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, from July 2, 1997 to March 30, 2009, operated the said company as the representative director of E, a publishing company, in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seoul, as the publishing company.

From around November 2005, the Defendant committed the following crimes even though it did not have any intent or ability to pay for the issuance of a promissory note, since the publication price, financial obligations, etc. have reached KRW 2 billion and continues to exist, since the publication price, financial obligations, etc. have reached KRW 2 billion.
