A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

No farmland shall be issued with a certification of qualification for acquiring farmland by fraud or other improper means for the purpose of owning farmland without being owned by any person other than those who use or use farmland for his/her own agricultural management, in violation of such restriction.

Nevertheless, the Defendant acquired farmland and immediately sold the difference to a person who is not an agricultural person, and established the most agricultural company established for the purpose of planning real estate business, which is established for the purpose of obtaining a certificate of farmland acquisition for the purpose of illegal means, and had the representative of that corporation become the representative of that corporation and received a certificate of farmland acquisition in the name of that corporation from April 1, 2014 to the above method.

In fact, on October 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased an application for certification of qualification for acquisition of farmland attached with a false agricultural management plan; and (b) purchased an application for certification of qualification for acquisition of farmland with a false agricultural management plan for acquisition of farmland with a total area of farmland of KRW 144,00,00 or KRW 148,00,00 to Korea on November 29, 2016; and (c) submitted a false certificate of qualification for acquisition of farmland with a total area of farmland of KRW 144,00 or KRW 148,00,000 to Korea on October 13, 2016 to Ma located in the office located in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul; and (d) submitted an application for certification of qualification for acquisition of farmland with a false agricultural management plan for acquisition of farmland on October 13, 2016, and received a false certificate of qualification for acquisition of farmland with the total area of farmland of KRW 13,539,039.
