The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. The Defendant, around July 2016, purchased a Memoptop other Memopic Memopic Memopic Memopic Memopic Memopic (hereinafter “Memopic Memopic Memopic Memopic”), and administered the Memopic Memopic Memopic with E on July 2016.

2) The Defendant purchased 1.5g philophones from E on August 22, 2016, not selling philophones to E on August 22, 2016.

B. The punishment of the lower court (one hundred months of imprisonment, additional collection) is too unreasonable.

2. Determination

A. 1) The lower court found the Defendant guilty of this part of the facts charged based on the evidence adopted and investigated by the lower court, based on the following: (a) the lower court’s determination on the assertion of misunderstanding of facts

B) Comprehensively taking account of the following circumstances acknowledged by the lower court’s judgment and the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the court of first instance, E’s statement consistent with this part of the facts charged is specific and consistent, and its credibility is recognized as consistent with the monetary content, etc.

Therefore, the judgment of the court below that convicted this part of the facts charged is justifiable.

① On July 2016, E, at the investigative agency and the court of the court below, administered chophones with the Defendant in its own car parked in front of the Do community service center located in Busan Shodong C, and the Defendant stated that he and the Defendant were to have chophones administered together with the Defendant.

② The E stored the Defendant’s contact information on his mobile phone as “L type” before the Defendant’s opening name. The E and the Defendant seem to have been aware of a considerable period of time and engaged in drug transactions, and the Defendant also recognized the fact that he purchased phiphones from E and administered them on July 2016.

(3) On July 2016, the Defendant is located in Busan Island, which is most of his/her dwelling.
