【Defendant A, B, C, D, and E status: (a) the N Savings Bank (hereinafter referred to as the “N Savings Bank”); (b) the NA Head from April 12, 2004 until June 30, 2005 to June 30, 2005 to the 1486, 201 senior Gohap Gohap1565, 2012 senior Gohap1111, 2012 senior Gohap112 senior Gohap12 (hereinafter referred to as “201 senior Gohap1341, etc.”) were employed by the Defendant, Defendant A; (c) the NA Head from July 1, 2005 to January 1, 2008 to the 2001 senior executive director from June 30, 2008 to the 2001 senior executive director from June 30, 2008 to the 2008 senior executive director (hereinafter referred to as the “N Savings Bank”).
AW Savings Bank is a person who actually takes charge of all the credit affairs of the N Savings Bank and AW Savings Bank, concurrently holds office as a managing director in charge of the credit affairs.

B was a representative director on September 10, 2002 after acquiring AX Savings Bank, changing the name of AX Savings Bank into the N Savings Bank, and was working as the president on March 30, 2007. From April 2, 2007, NY Savings Bank acquired AY Savings Bank on March 5, 2009 and changed its name into AW Savings Bank. A major shareholder holding 47.8% of the shares of N Savings Bank, who is a N Savings Bank and the NA Savings Bank holding 90.1% shares, is a major shareholder holding 47.8% of the shares of N Savings Bank, and is a person in charge of overall management and control of business affairs, such as credit business, of two Bank.

C is a person who holds office as a representative director of the N Savings Bank from September 18, 2009 to September 18, 201, and has overall control over the business of the said Bank including credit business.

D is a person who has been in charge of credit affairs of the said bank while serving as the head of the financial team and the head of the financial service headquarters in the AW Savings Bank from March 2009 to September 201.
