If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 5, 2013, at around 23:05, the Defendant was on board the 26 (Gupo-dong), Seocheon-ro 26 (Gupo-dong) from the “Gupo-ro 58 (Gupo-dong)”, which the victim was driven by the victim B(58). The Defendant asked the accurate destination of the victim, and assaulted the victim’s face and breast part at one time, respectively.
