1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,533,33 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 19, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

1. Indication of claims: To describe the cause of claims and the changed cause of claims in attached Form; and

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. Where a case is closed after May 31, 2019 pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda (Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) as the provisions governing the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal were amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019, 15% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate under the previous provisions, until May 31, 2019; and 12% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate under the amended provisions, from June 1, 2019 to June 1, 2019. In this case, after the pleadings were concluded, only 12% per annum shall be ordered.
