Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No one shall wear a candidate's name, photograph, or label or other indicating contents by which his/her name may be inferred, in order to influence an election from 180 days before the election day to the election day, or carry an election campaign by using propaganda facilities, instruments, etc. except for methods prescribed by the Public Official Election Act prior to the election campaign period;

Nevertheless, the Defendant conducted a one-person demonstration on March 10, 2014 with a view to preventing a candidate E from being elected in connection with the 6th nationwide election of Dong-si local government, referring to the “D's candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate who is public official of D's candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate candidate, and the first person person person candidate candidate candidate candidate who was elected from around 17:30 to 18:05.

In order to influence the election before the election campaign period, the defendant carried out an election campaign by using sckets that can be inferred by the preliminary candidate E.

2. No one shall carry out an election campaign using printed matters, etc. prior to the election campaign period, except as prescribed by the Public Official Election Act;

Nevertheless, the defendant, which will be enforced on June 4, 2014, had a mind to distribute printed matters with a view to preventing preliminary E from being elected in the 6th election district of the Gun Council Members of the Gun Council based on the Gun Council.
