Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 23, 2013, around 10:10, the Defendant was subject to control on the ground that he violated the traffic signal to the slope E belonging to the Daegu Pacific Police Station D District District, which was under traffic control, while driving a Cknife car at the front of the commercial middle school located in the Daegu Seo-gu merchants' Dong on the ground that he violated the traffic signal.

The Defendant, who received the demand from the above E to present a driver’s license, proceeded with the said car, which is a dangerous object, by asserting that the Defendant did not violate the signal, and used the said F’s knee part.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers.
