The summary of the grounds for appeal (the violation of the Act on the Regulation of Amusement Businesses Affecting Public Morals) the Defendant kept 54 copies of obscene video CDs and DVD for sale purposes.

Judgment

The court below stated the reasons in detail, and found the defendant not guilty on the grounds that the evidence presented by the prosecutor alone is insufficient to recognize the facts charged, and there is no other evidence to prove otherwise.
