Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.072% from blood alcohol level around 01:00, the Defendant driven a balp vehicle with approximately 10 meters from the Do in front of the “Chcheon-si, Kimpo-si” located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si to the front of the “Seoul Agricultural Cooperative.”
