As from May 26, 2015, Defendant K 14,943,170 won and its related thereto:

B. Defendant K to Plaintiff B is 14.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of Q and the Defendants 1) Q and Q (hereinafter “ Q”) Co., Ltd.

) The company is engaged in the sale of sound and vibration sports equipment and the solicitation business of chain stores. R substantially operated Q, and Q was a representative director in the name of Q. Q was a company established and operated a company with 86 total plates and 401 agencies across the country, including Seoul, Gyeonggi, Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam. (2) Defendant K established and operated Q’s Gangwon-do Seoul, Q’s Gangwon-do, in the East Sea.

Defendant J is the husband of Defendant K.

3) Each agency was established under the East Sea General operated by Defendant K, but Defendant K operated the East Sea General, and Defendant K operated the East Sea General, as its subordinate agency, U.S. agency (the name of the business owner is Defendant J.

) V agency (the name of the business person is W which is Defendant K’s son)

The direct management of the Defendant L, M, N,O, and P are each agencies, and the Defendant L is a X agency, the Defendant M is a Y agency, the Defendant N is a Z agency, the Defendant O is a Z agency, the Defendant PP agency, and the Defendant AB agency. (b) Q’s membership recruitment method and fee payment structure 1) R is not a multilevel marketing business registration but a Q’s head office on the AC and the 3rd floor in Y in 2013, and the Defendant K established Q’s head office on the AC and the 3rd floor in Dacheon-si from 2013, and the Ra, S, S, and the employees related to the above companies, including R, S, and the Defendant K, were recruited members through the head office, total board, and sales agency affiliated with the company, and made investments in the rental business, and made an explanation to the effect that the purchase price will be 80% or 90% of the value of the equipment during the 12-month period.

2. However, Q did not have any human and physical facilities that can sell and entrust the management of sports equipment as above, and Q did not have such sports equipment.
