1. Of the part against Defendant B in the judgment of the court of first instance, the plaintiff who falls under any of the following amount ordered to be paid.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B is a person who actually owned a land of 568 square meters in Yangsan-si and a multi-family housing of 19 households on the land of 568 square meters in Yangsan-si (hereinafter “instant building”). Defendant C obtained the ownership of the said land and building under title trust from Defendant B, and completed registration of ownership transfer and registration of ownership registration of the said land in its name.

B. Defendant B newly constructed the instant building on September 20, 2016, and sold the F title of the said building to Nonparty E on October 8, 2016.

C. Around November 2016, Defendant B entrusted the management of each of the instant units of the instant building to the Plaintiff, which was known through the introduction of G, a branch office around the end of November, 2016, by entrusting the management of each of the instant units of the building, such as the sale of buildings, cleaning, etc., and agreed to pay KRW 5 million per household sold in return.

Defendant B sold to I the building J on December 21, 2016 through the Plaintiff’s arrangement for sale, and sold to K the instant building L on January 2017. Accordingly, Defendant B paid KRW 2.5 million to the Plaintiff each in return.

E. From that time to June 2017, Defendant B wishes to sell the instant building to the Korea Land and Housing Corporation no longer sold the instant building.

(f) The Korea Land and Housing Corporation has already completed the sale of the building, including Jhoho Lake, Fho Lake and L, wishing to be transferred the ownership of the building. Accordingly, Defendant B paid the purchase price and various costs to each purchaser of Jhoho Lake, Fhoho and L, and allowed the Korea Land and Housing Corporation to acquire them.

G. On September 7, 2017, Defendant B entered into a sales contract with the Korea Land and Housing Corporation on the instant building and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 2, 2017, and on the same day, Defendant B completed each ownership transfer registration in the Korea Land and Housing Corporation on the same date.
