Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who operates the "E" in Chungcheongnamcheon-gun D, Chungcheongnam-gun, and the defendant B is a person who manages the above game site on behalf of the defendant A if the defendant A does not have a head of the above game.

No person shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

1. From November 23, 2015 to August 30, 2016, Defendant A provided 10,000 won per 10,000 won for unspecified customers who installed a 30 game of “Symnasium”, “Symnasium 10,” “Symnasium 4,” “symnasium 4,” and “symnasium 10,000 won per game.”

On August 30, 2016, from around 19:00 to around 20:00 to around 20:00, Defendant B received a demand from F to exchange points obtained through the use of the game water in cash from F, a customer in the above game, and exchanged the points obtained by F, by calculating a total of KRW 230,000 per 10,000 per 10,000 and paying a total of KRW 230,000 on three occasions, and among the management of the above game head, Defendant B provided points obtained through the use of the game product to unspecified customers at KRW 10,000 per 10,00.
