Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 12 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million by the Suwon District Court due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On November 15, 2019, at around 23:39, the Defendant driven an Epoter cargo vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.151% under the influence of alcohol from around C main points in Suwon-si B to the same Gu D.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
