A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

To the defendant, the defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for a period of 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 22, 2019, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s body by using a mobile phone camera at the Daegu Northern-gu “Bel”, Daegu-gu, 2019, from the victim’s body against the victim’s will, by using a mobile phone camera, to reveal the chest and gender of the victim C (the victim’s age of 57) and from that time until June 11, 2020, the Defendant taken pictures of the victim’s body by using a mobile phone camera at least 26 times in the same manner as (1) of the list of crimes in attached Form 20.

2. On January 24, 2020, the Defendant offered the victim’s body to the above E, who, using the attached list of crimes (2) in the same manner as that of the victim’s body, might cause sexual humiliation or shame on six occasions at a Kakao Stockholm message using a mobile phone, sent and provided the victim’s name in Kakao Stockholm message to E, a photograph taken by taking the victim’s name in a Kakao Kakao Stockholm message by hand, and then, provided the victim’s body to the above E, who had taken the victim’s body by the same method as that of the list of crimes (2).
