A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a vehicle in C in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On November 10, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.386% during blood transfusion on November 16:3, 2017, and driven the said car along the same lane from the medical center of the Jinando to the central elementary school.

At the time, the Victim F(69) was in progress in the front bank, so there was a duty of care for those engaged in driving service to see the front bank and operate the steering and steering system accurately.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and was negligent in driving on the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle while driving on the front side by negligence.

As a result, the Defendant, while driving a car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to the influence of drinking, was driving the car, and the Defendant suffered the victim from the left-hand sprink in need of approximately two weeks medical treatment.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol by the Defendant from approximately 1.5km to the front side of the Si/Yan-gun, Jinan-gun, Jinan-gun, Jinan-gun, Jinan-gun, Seoul, to the front side of the Jinan-gun, D at around 1.5km, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.386%.
