1. Defendant A is a representative who actually runs the “AG Hospital of the CMedical Foundation,” located in the GF from May 15, 2006 to December 13, 2013, and is an employer who employs 198 full-time workers and has been engaged in medical service.

Nevertheless, the Defendant paid workers AH wages below the minimum wage amount (the hourly rate of 4,580 won in 2012, and the hourly rate of 4,860 won in 2013) from September 2012 to June 2013.
