1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 56,056,52 and KRW 2,431,214 from February 1, 2006 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the respective arguments and the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4, it is recognized that the cause of the claim (the final judgment of Seoul Southern District Court 2007Gadan27728 is related to the claims that the plaintiff acquired from Samsung Capital, Hyundai Capital, and El Card Co., Ltd.) is the same as that stated in the separate sheet. Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay the plaintiff the unpaid principal and interest and delay damages as described in paragraph (1) of this Article.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable and acceptable.
