1. Forgery of private documents and the uttering of a falsified investigation document;

A. E (hereinafter referred to as “A”) and D (State hereinafter referred to as “B”) in the form of “service contract” using a computer in the Defendant’s residence on April 26, 2017, using the aforementioned Defendant’s computer, for the purpose of determining the basic matters, procedures, etc. necessary for A to entrust part of H’s work to B, and Article 1(Purpose) of the Agreement provides for the basic matters, procedures, etc. necessary for A to delegate part of H’s work.”

1. The duration of this Agreement shall be from 08 May 2017 to 25 July 2017.

The contract amount is written out in the column of approximately KRW 54,00,000 (Won 54,000,000) which is set aside separately in the column of Item (A) and the “mutual name: D” which is written out in the column of Item (B), and the seal of the E which was prepared in advance to the said Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. is affixed.
