1. The Defendant Young-gu Specialized in Asset-backed Securitization is the Plaintiff’s KRW 5,271,000 and its related thereto on January 19, 2016.

1. Basic facts

A. During the period from November 12, 2010 to August 9, 2012, the Industrial Bank of Korea granted loans of KRW 2,453,000,000 to 3rd Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Large Energy”).

Based on Articles 3 and 4 of the Factory and Mining Foundation Mortgage Act (hereinafter referred to as the “factory Mortgage Act”), the Industrial Bank of Korea established a collateral security right on land owned by large-scale energy, and machinery and equipment installed at factories, factories, and factories, as listed below, in order to secure the above loan claims:
