A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence subparagraph 6 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On June 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on June 2018, around C in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seoul, the Defendant: (b) took a brupted bank card with a bank consisting of KRW 180,00,00,00, cash owned by the victim who was under the influence of alcohol, and (c) took a brupted bank card with a 180,000,000 won, cosmetics, D’s car-bank card; and (d) a brush bank OTP card with a bank.

B. On July 19, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime on July 19, 2018, at around 02:17, the Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu E-ro, the Defendant: (a) cut the hacker’s knife, the rear knife of the victim F, which was under the influence of alcohol, and cut off the hacker’s knife, the cash owned by the victim; (b) 50,000 won, the resident registration certificate; and (c) the hacke’s knife at the market

C. On July 25, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime on July 25, 2018, at around 01:35, the bus stops in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu Seoul, the Defendant stolen the unexploited parts of the market price, including tear gas, cash 8,000 won, identification card, etc., prepared in advance for the victim I who was under the influence of alcohol.

2. At around 04:00 on July 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a request from K cafeteria located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul High Court; and (b) received a request from an affiliated L L L, who owns the victim’s M, for receipt of one set of Samsung Gallon 5 Smartphone, which is the victim’s M, and kept the stolen after being aware of the fact that it is an stolen.

3. Embezzlements of lost possession; and

A. In July 2018, the Defendant acquired one credit card from the Korean bank, which was lost by the victimO, at the entrance of the Ninnb in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, around 04:00, around July 2018.

The Defendant did not take necessary procedures, such as returning the acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

B. The Defendant committed the crime of July 28, 2018 on July 28, 2018.
