Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A. The Defendant is engaged in driving Category B Dam Cargo Vehicles (Death and Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

On August 1, 2014, around 18:15, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.204% by driving the said vehicle under the influence of “D” in front of “D” located in Yangju-si, Yangju-si, and proceeded at a speed of the speed of the speed unsatisf.
