A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special intimidation;

A. At around 21:00 on September 8, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a window by the Buddhist vehicle due to the change of the vehicle and the vehicle line in front of the Pyeongtaek-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Pyeongtaek-gu, Pyeongtaek-si; and (b) opened a window and took a bath for the Defendant while driving the vehicle from around 1305, 38 km in front of the west-dong, the Defendant 1305, and 38 km in front of the west-do among the vehicles in which the Defendant was driving by the said vehicle. The Defendant was able to see the E-to-Wn-Wn vehicle operated by the victim D(20 years of age) who is driving in the front line with the vehicle of the said Buddhist vehicle and 2 km in accordance with the size of 2km.

At around 21:07 on the same day, the Defendant used emergency lights in the front of G in Pyeongtaek-si F, and overtakened the damaged vehicle in the front of the damaged vehicle. After passing the two lanes, the damaged vehicle driven by the two lanes in the front of the damaged vehicle in the front of the damaged vehicle.

B. On September 8, 2016, at around 21:21, the Defendant: (a) stopped on the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle at the time when the victim, who suffered the same loss as paragraphs (a) and (2) of Article 1, on the roads near Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si; (b) continued to stop on the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle; and (c) continued to stop on the part of the Defendant’s vehicle; and (d) repeated to return the damaged vehicle to the Defendant’s seat again; (c) by over 100 meters away from the center line, the Defendant would threaten the damaged vehicle back to the Defendant’s seat by driving around 100 meters away from the center line.

In this respect, the defendant carried a dangerous object, and threatened the victim.

2. On September 8, 2016, at around 21:08, the Defendant stopped the damaged vehicle due to a sudden stop, such as paragraph 1(a), at one lane in front of the G, at around 38 countries in front of the G, and thereafter, the Defendant was at the time when the victim’s face, head, etc., who gets off from the vehicle to the damaged vehicle, sits into a driver’s seat and gets off the window by a sudden driver’s seat.

Accordingly, the victim is born out of the vehicle, and the defendant again takes the victim's face at a time.
