Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol, and around 03:35, on September 18, 2012, demanded that the Defendant take a vehicle in C-si operated by the victim B (Name and 52 years old) before the “Korea Bank,” and go to the “Sanam-do,” located in the Busan Eastdong-gu hot Spring Port.

Since then, the defendant did not pay money to the victim who demanded the 4,000 won of the taxi fee to the destination, and the victim did not get off the taxi after paying the money, and the defendant stated that the defendant "I will get out of the taxi" "I will get out of the taxi."
